Been There! Done That!

You’re back from your trip and you’ve Been There! Done That! If the “There” or “That” made you want to tell people about it, well go ahead. Sign up and post your thoughts and even include a picture if you like.

Give others a snapshot view of something you saw or did that either impressed you or that you felt strongly about, preferably positive views but negative if you must.

  • Let us know about the sights and sounds of your holiday experience.
  • Show us (with your own photography) a postcard glimpse of where you’ve been.
  • Let us know what makes a good 1-day side-trip after your time-constrained business conference.
  • You saw the biggest/tallest/fastest _______ in the world? Really?! Tell us about it!

Travel Writers - From time to time, post a sample of your craft. Draw readers and business to your own website.

Travel Photographers - Display your work in context by including the stories behind the images. Attract viewers to your own galleries.

This blog is not intended for accommodation property advertising, reviews, praise or complaints.  There are other accommodation review sites on the web that provide that service. To advertise/promote your property, see our Accommodation Directory.

News & Events

  • Share information about upcoming events that are likely to be of interest to visitors to your area.
  • Keep us abreast of new projects and developments in your region that could interest readers.

Navigation

A Blog is a continuous string of posts or submissions by contributors. The most recent submission is stacked on top of the previous one. Clicking on Home on the top menu takes you to the complete list. Using the categories list in the middle panel to the right, you can select a subset of the blog dealing with that province, state or country. Drilling down further you can isolate News & Events from Been There! Done That! reports or vice versa.

Another way to gain familiarity is to access by the Canada / USA / Other Countries menu at the top of the page. These pages are not blog post pages. They are navigation pages. On the Canada and USA pages you can click into the Province or State in which you are interested. On the Other Countries page you can click into the country that you wish to check out. Short-cuts are provided with the Navigation Pages Index in the middle panel to the right, below the categories list. Each Navigation Page gives 4 options:

  • Been There! Done That! (Postcard submissions as described above)
  • News and Events (News submissions as described above)
  • Accommodation / Lodging (Redirects into our accommodation directory)
  • Links (Additional Resources)
