The 11th Annual Great Salt Lake Bird Festival will take place on May 14-18, 2009 in Farmington, Utah! Field trips are organized to the best birding locations in northern Utah and around the world famous Great Salt Lake. Expert guides.
At the Davis County Event Center there are Friday and Saturday programs which include:
- workshops
- artists
- booths
- vendors
- food
The event is open to people of all ages and birding experience. There is also an annual Dutch oven dinner on Saturday with keynote speaker Scott Weidensaul, an author and naturalist.
